About Me
Hi, I’m Brynn!
After the birth of my 2 children I found myself in the worst shape of my life. I was sick physically, mentally and I was exhausted and miserable. I literally prayed for something to give because every day was agonizing and difficult to get out of bed in the morning.
My transformation came as I began taking great strides at correcting my health. My physical transformation was so incredible that I was dying for the opportunity to share it with the world. This is what brought me to health coaching as a profession. I immersed myself in my studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, earned an international certification in coaching, and began my business as a health coach.
That program grew rapidly and I experienced great success. My coach colleagues saw this and began asking for advice and guidance on their own businesses, which were not doing nearly so well. Their struggle shot right to my heart and made me realize that I needed to leverage my business background to help them. I believe in the work health coaches do, and I believe they should have every opportunity to spread the ripple effect of great health and wellbeing, despite a lack of business knowledge.
This led me to transition exclusively to mentoring health coaches to create incredible businesses that live up to all their greatest dreams. This greatly expanded my reach and I now wake up excited to begin each and every day knowing that I am making a difference in the lives of health coaches, and vicariously in each life that they positively impact.
